North Coast Geomatics was founded in 2013 on the principle of providing affordable, reliable mapping and surveying data for projects of any size or type, from single property boundary and mortgage location surveys, lot splits and subdivisions, to larger-scale engineering topographic surveys.

We currently provide services throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

David Grant has been licensed as a Professional Surveyor in Ohio (PS 8460) since 2009, with a bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2005.

David was first introduced to surveying while working as an intern at the City of Stow Engineering Department.  Since then, he has worked at the Ohio Department of Transportation and then later at a national surveying firm, a local engineering and surveying firm in the Akron area, and as an independent contractor.

Eric Jackson has been licensed as a Professional Surveyor in Ohio (PS 8668) since 2015 and Pennsylvania (PS SU075529) since 2017, with a bachelor's degree in Surveying and Mapping from the University of Akron in 2009.

Eric began his surveying career as an intern at a natural gas company. He has worked several internships in the oil and gas field, and construction. Later Eric worked at a national surveying firm and a large engineering and surveying firm in the Canton area.
